To oversee and drive spa treatment and service sales, while implementing effective strategies to meet performance and revenue goals.
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring service quality, cleanliness, and proper maintenance standards
Coordinate with department heads to uphold operational excellence
Manage financial targets, control costs, and prepare revenue and expense reports
Implement and update spa operating procedures, policies, and training manuals
Support and train spa therapists and reception staff, addressing queries and identifying training needs
Develop therapists’ shift schedules and assist with appointment bookings
Contribute to the development and revision of the spa menu
Monitor and respond to client feedback professionally
Drive retail and service sales through strong customer engagement
Fluent in English (written and spoken); a second language is a plus
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a spa supervisory or sales-related role, preferably in an international-standard spa
High school diploma or sales certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
