About the Fitness Instructor Position :
The Fitness Instructors are to perform, manage, support and maintain all aspects of the fitness centre, including creating and maintaining a professional and energetic atmosphere centered on fitness and health that is accessible to all Guests. Creates and develops programs designed for individuals and groups. In order to consistently exceed Guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years working in a Fitness centre on an ultra-luxury cruise ship private club, boutique hotel, ultra luxury hotel or resort. We are being asked to look for a candidate with a formal degree in any exercise discipline.
This is not a ‘sales’ position so we are not looking for a candidate whom is solely focussed on revenue generation. This role is about personality, sparkle and talent. You will be exceptionally presented and very knowledgeable in the latest and greatest fitness techniques around.
Earnings (Salary + Commissions)
- Commissions are depending on location, and the spa capacity.
- Salary and commissions are paid in TRL currency.
